For very small stack, I like to send to WoS, then from there to my self custodial lightning wallet. The exchange you use will pay the fee to send your small amount to WoS. Then lightning makes the transfer to the other wallet basically free.
Sometimes I feel scared or worried about the future. Peter Diamandis absolutely does not. He believes whole-heartedly that the future will be much more abundant than the present, and that we will all be healthier and wealthier as a result.
