Good morning nostrworld! Busy busy day ahead, so I cant take too much time enjoying my coffee. I need to get my walk done, then tend to the animals. I started fermenting cucumbers and hot peppers this afternoon . I made a salt brine with garlic, mustard seed, black peppercorn, dill seed, cardamon, coriander, cloves, bay leaves, and dill I cut from the garden this morning.

I'm going to start using AI to create mockups for my lil' t-shirt biz. Up to this point, I've only used it for fun and nothing has really turned out all that great.

That is until today. While I didn't tell AI to create my dream guy it sure came close. It got everything right until I saw the placement of his hand. I guess nothing can be perfect. I should've added the word "gentleman" maybe? 😂

Well I've got everything watered and fed for the day. With all the craziness in the world, it feels good knowing that we could have meat for a long time, with our rabbits. Soon our chickens will start laying eggs, and I grow lots of herbs for teas and such. Its not alot, and I know there are many folks who produce way more than we do. But its something, and if enough of us do a little bit to be more self reliant, we can help each other like good neighbors do, instead of thinking that govt will be there when we need help.
