I also believe we need to make sustainable progress on the relay side.
By sustainable I mean someone needs to start an ad supported relays so that the relay owner can atleast break end on its hosting cost.
I guess Damus is uniquely positioned for that it has both a relay and client so showing ads will be lot easier.
And once businesses see that they can make for-profit entities on Nostr protocol, that's when rush starts.

I don't think donations can build a sustainable model atleast for relays. Neither paid relays. Most want to use it for free.
Ads or promoted posts is the solution.
There needs to be a business view to it. Someone needs to build out an ad supported version of relay where the users have to see some ads.
Maybe bitcoin companies can be the first advertisers to push this forward. By paying some relay owners to run ads.
Once big corporations sees that running relay actually makes them money, that's when all rush to build businesses on top of Nostr starts.

Number of relays it got transmited to + Pow (if posted from such client)+ Name + NIP 05 + views button etc.
I think number of relays a note is posted to should made less apparent somehow, maybe by hiding it in main timeline and only showing it on someone's profile page. Another option could be to show only if I click on the post to see it in full description.
I believe being NIP-05 verified from your official site will be better on Nostr than using primal.

Others look really great. But I believe blue tick in some form should stay to show NIP-05
Blue tick is kinda industry wide accepted sign of verified aka real person am interacting with.
New people joining Nostr will have a better time understanding the blue check mark than anything else.
