They are actually not on Nostr.
Hindustan Times use Mastodon. Mostr is probably added to your relay which bridges Mastadon and Nostr.
That's why you're seeing Mastodon posts on Nostr.
Relays continue to be the most underappreciated part of this entire infrastructure.

Not just front end.
ASIC mining is kind of a bug in bitcoin ecosystem.
I believe Monero got it right in mining system.

Would be great if relays start showing occasional ads.
I think clients have to be onboarded to allow that but ads are best way to keep relays running, atleast break-even in hosting cost.
And once companies see they can build profitable business on Nostr, that's when most attention and users come.

Reason 1. Their cloud services needs users. Most use Azure or AWS so crypto is a good business for them.
Reason 2. They are already very public about helping lighting nodes, cryptos like Solana node etc.
