So in India 🇮🇳 now you have to pay ₹1300 MONTHLY to Elon to get features like no ads, blue checkmark & post/reply boost.
The basic plan for ₹250 is garbage, it comes with almost nothing.
I believe this higher plan will price out many paid Indian users including me. In X you have to pay 10X more as well as create content yourself. Meanwhile, in Netflix, Jio Cinema you pay 10X less and they create content to entertain you.
Elon's recent move to stop bots with Govt ID verification and only allowing fiat payments continues to make me uncomfortable.
With this increased pricing (if basic plan remains garbage like now) my shift to other platforms like Nostr, Telegram, WhatsApp will be increasing.

Just trying to understand how the report feature works here in context to targeted reporting of an account.
Best thing is to keep Nostr decentralized and distributed in backend.
And let people not even understand that. People want funny, interesting wnd "current thing" in UI.
A smooth UI which resembles to any established social media is best as people's motor nerve memory kicks in and they don't have that learning curve which often makes them drop the app.
Can Nostr's infrastructure (relays) able to serve long form video to clients?
I guess the size of the upload itself (from some orgs like 60 Minutes) will make it hard for Nostr infra to show it.

I mean run ads through your relay and front end to break even on your server costs.
