Chromium and Firefox clean, brand new & clean. No other extension. Only Alby.
Same problem. Login icon doesn't change.
I can read my notifications & decrypted DMs, but that's it.

Exact same thing with Chromium.
I am authenticated. Alby works & I see my picture in the login box. Then I click ok.
But that's it... I cannot access my profile page. I still see the login key in the top left corner.
Works fine on Iris for example. Not Nostrgram for some reason. ๐ค

Do you confirm you need to input your private key into Nostrgram in order to restore your following list?
Trying to do it with Alby now, but impossible. Other functions work, but I still see the Login button, not my profile icon.
My relay list and settings are back with 0.17.6 ๐

My list of relays isn't just shorter. It was overwritten with different relays. And different parameters.
Relays I haven't seen before, some of them you're using.
Is that the default list for Amethyst? ๐ค

Well something went wrong in the last version for sure.
Maybe the cache from 0.17.4 messing with 0.17.5?
Consider reverting if you get more similar reports ๐
My nsec never went into any other client. Only Amethyst.
This wipe happend to me only once very long ago with Amethyst.
Everything was okay since then, until I started using 0.17.5
My Following list just got wiped ๐ FML.
Everything was great before Amethyst 0.17.5
Still a great app, evolving fast.
If I can't restore from backup, please bare with me as I'm re-following everyone.

Release v0.17.5: 0 Follows no more.
The app now caches your follows and uses them to start up. The worst it can happen is to go back to the Amethyst version after updating your follows (or relays) from another client.
