It's easy to lose balance and fall backwards out of a V on floor. It's a bit easier on parallel bars since your grip on the rails gives you a stronger base. Didn't expect I could still do it on floor. Thank you, triceps!
Interesting thing about a "V": If you can rotate your hips up enough (getting your legs to about vertical), then it gets WAY easier on the abs since your legs aren't adding torque out in front of you.

It was amazing to see the nostr:npub155m2k8ml8sqn8w4dhh689vdv0t2twa8dgvkpnzfggxf4wfughjsq2cdcvg bolt cards. Didn’t have a single payment failure and didn’t hear of any. Congrats on such an open source milestone. Any conference can copy / paste now and be happy.
Diversify in bitcoin. Find a location to heat with bitcoin. Find a local butcher and / or farmer you pay in bitcoin. These things were awesome to diversify in for me.
When you’re spending fiat you’re short bitcoin, because the fiat you spend could have been bitcoin. That would help the bitcoin network and there would continually be more monetary value in bitcoin.
One of the best days of our lives turned into one of the shittiest. We were enjoying the mountains and my mom got serious heart problems at high altitude. It was sad because this marked the last time my parents were high up with us in the mountains.

You need the configuration to be sufficiently be backed up too. Many people lose the descriptor or don’t sufficiently back it up…
That’s not how multisig works. You need the descriptor of the setup too. With seedhammer you hammer the descriptors on the steel plates in combination with the seedqrs and the seeds. You need two descriptors to be able to complete the multisig configuration. When you lose the descriptors or not sufficiently backed them up you can’t access your bitcoin. Just having the seeds is not sufficient.
There are pros and cons for many solutions.
How did you store the derivation path for the multisig?

Great points Jeroen. Most people lose access through losing the backup or making it too complex so they forgot how they set it up.
It’s still weird for me that people don’t take time to do this properly. As if everything has to be a click of a button and you can be fully self sovereign. That’s a contradictio in terminis.
What is your passphrase best practice?
Was asked about the following setup:
nostr:npub1s0vtkgej33n7ec4d7ycxmwt78up8hpfa30d0yfksrshq7t82mchqynpq6j Passport, uses encrypted backup with SDcard. Access code to unencrypt is in physical distributed location that would take significant time to travel. SDCard only is a risk as it can burn/break etc.
So the client uses a physical steel backup with 24 words, again a different location. On a different location holds the passphrase on steel.
How do you rate this setup? There’s redundancy in both the SD Card, Steel seed phrase and steel passphrase. Do you think a double backup for the passphrase is required?
