Transactions were essentially free for the first few years but miners didn't have to fork out tens of thousands for mining equipment & electricity & they need to get paid. Maybe you weren't around but I remember the huge fee spikes in 2017 due to the number of people transacting & high fees will be a reality with wider adoption so get used to it. Layer 2 solutions are being worked on. Stop complaining or go find a shitcoin that gives fast free tx's, they are out there.
It hasn't clogged bitcoin. You are hung up on something that isn't an issue.13sats/byte right now. Chill out.
14 sats/byte right now & in the beginning of a bull run. No problems.
So the moral of this story is to act with haste. Got it.
Sounds confusing. If you keep your wallet offline and you use it to create transactions what is the purpose of another device? All you need is the mk4, a micro sd card & a laptop. I have no idea what you would need a Raspberry Pi for.
Which is a good reason not to run a node really. I ran one very briefly until I learned of the risk.
As soon as this court case is over he'll be gone & our memories of him will fade away. Things will be so much better π
But yeah I agree with you
There was a time when one bitcoin was worth the same as one sat is worth today
Make sure you have a no photo policy for it, wouldn't want to upset anyone π
Why don't you let the user choose the cache limit? I have no interest in holding 1gb of Nostr & videos all the time & don't know why you think everyone would. I can't imagine what it would be like if every app forced us to carry a gb of cache. At least I can use Primal but I like Amethyst too.

The cache issue remains with Amethyst. I can never clear it out. It was at 1.5gb & clearing it leaves it at .95gb and it will never go less than that. It makes no sense to carry almost a gig of cache constantly on an app like this. Primal empties down to 0.
I've been using Primal as my main Nostr driver recently but it takes sooo long to refresh. Is this just happening to me or is this a known issue?
Yup, it's going to be ten for me later this year. π
what changed? I'm avoiding alcohol for the month of March
so far I'm not noticing much but it's early
Better sleep for sure
I guess it depends if they have arrested a suspect. If they have I'm sure the threat of jail will encourage the surrender of keys. Goddamn governments.
Yes to both. My gym has both but I much prefer the steam room. Whenever I go in the sauna I always feel like I'm waiting for something that never happens π
You call them criminals but they haven't been convicted. Could be totally innocent too
