Boyfriend is going camping for a few days with some of his brothers. He’s been running errands and buying some cold weather gear for the trip.

Because of a shoulder injury from 25 years ago that hasn’t bothered me at all until I started working with my fitness trainer, he switched out Bird Dog for Dead Bug …. which is basically the same exercise but lying on my back so the weight isn’t on my shoulders.

Today was the first time working through my full routine with the Dead Bug exercise. Currently have to pause between each rep like with Marching Band, but I know I’ll get better at it over time.

Photo of my 75% off post-Xmas shopping finds. Love tea towels and I may not look obviously different by December, but I will have been working out. 👍
