While I dont really buy because of the price even tho i get the candy high when it goes up I stack for the bit power advantage
Ya know, that phrase : symbolism will be their downfall.. in a way , once you start understanding how deep state figures and or satanic cults use symbols , well, over here on my yoga mat I have to go hmmm 🤔.. there are a plethora of symbols in yoga and meditation practices that are for the good purpose of activating energetic treatment points, meridians or nadis to enhance physical or emotional healing and balance. They can have remarkable effects with your practice as they bring your spiritual connection closer to God . So I think that the more of these good energies are put out into the universe with these good symbols to manifest positive energetic patterns maybe being a yoga warrior is more than just a catch phrase in class . I like that! Yoga and meditation methods can be a counter weapon to the evil like prayers are. Thats how I see my practice sometimes , for sure!

Someday I might get air conditioning, especially as I get older, but I really dislike it a lot and sweating is so healthy for you and a natural detox . I call summer a free sauna . When I do my yoga I get all the benefits if a hot yoga class right at home 😃
Did you know anytime you want to relax your mind you can create a meditation using everyday words? You can! Sit in a quiet space, close your eyes and say a word to yourself in your mind that uplifts you every time you exhale . Repeat this process fir 5 minutes and WALA: meditation complete, mind more relaxed . 😑
