Its day 42 ! Just finished my last practice day of the Magic Breath Kriya! This technique took me into some old beliefs not only mine but generational and cleared out fears related to them. That allowed the fears to become unimportant and canceled their entrapments.
Call me old fashioned maybe but I use this .. its very compact and works when the electricity is out 😁
I got to engage my mon BTC aware massage therapist in an hour chat on BTC during my massage today. It was a great chat! ⚡️

The “Divine in you” interpretation comes from the Hindu belief that God resides in everyone, so any person you greet deserves respect. “The gesture is an acknowledgment of the soul in one by the soul in another,” says Palkhivala, who began studying under B. K. S. Iyengar when he was a child.
A Misconception
What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you think of yoga? Usually it has something to do with stretching. Perhaps you think of slow movement or not moving at all. You might think about sitting in a cross legged position while breathing with your eyes closed. Perhaps you might think of the relaxed music that is usually playing in a yoga environment. I would agree with you. All those things are part of yoga! But while I may absolutely love the effects of all these elements of yoga and hold each very dear to my heart, you, in an agitated, trapped and bottled up, stressed out emotional place might cringe, and heartily run the other way from it all. And you know what? You might exactly be doing the right thing.

Great! Lotsa good things! Hope you are mitigating your blue light too and are outside walking around and watching the sunrise too. And I hope your meal is breakfast cuz thats the meal that starts your body’s metabolism clock. Circadian rhythm biology is the single most important concern for the body.
