I actually came up with a neat trick today. You know those moving platforms in SMB1? They kinda sway back and forth in a smooth motion, so no abrupt stops at the edges

Well, I'd already added moving platforms that can move in a sort of quarter sphere motion, and I figured out if I create a platform that goes around in a circle, then flatten the path horizontally or vertically, it behaves the same as those smooth platforms in SMB :D
