That’s great. Those are solid numbers now. Congratulations on the results. Hard work pays off. Don’t neglect strength training tho. That helps in elderly years when you start losing muscle. The more you have to start with the better off you are going to be performing daily tasks in old age like doing laundry or yard work etc.

If you are limited in time you can do a five minute workout that will be intense enough to benefit you. Sprint as hard as possible for one minute. Rest one minute. Repeat that three times. Your body adapts differently to different stressors. There ar different kinds of endurance. That high intensity stuff is gonna increase your vo2 max which is a predictor of longevity. The lower zone is more sustainable over time so you can burn some more calories. In ancient times that would have been your ability to outrun predators. Humans are the best distance runners on the planet. It’s our one advantage over animals.

Why is it so hard for people to understand that “renewable energy” isn’t renewable at all.
#Bitcoin is actually an infrastructure play. That’s the reason it will survive. When you have Exxon and ERCOT utilizing the infrastructure it’s bound to catch on in other corporates and grids. You also see grass root communities in less developed areas taking advantage of bitcoin infrastructure. It’s like buying interstate highways and benefiting individually from other people driving on it. You’re gonna do well.
How do you handle escrow for that? There has to be a way to reconcile disputes and refunds etc. Have to have a centralized third party right? Not saying that’s bad. Just asking if there is a way to do it.
