Yup. Graphene has the best security design currently. However, it need Google Pixel which unfortunately is very costly especially for developing and third-world countries :)

Therefore, Lineage OS is quite popular for users on those countries. Lineage OS support many devices. Although, doesn't offer fully similar features like Graphene it is quite enough.

In my place (can't tell exact place), Bitcoin only seen as speculative assets. For adoption, quite hard, because government fully state that only Government Fiat Money is allowed for monetary transaction. Bitcoin is allowed only for trading and investment assets. 😅
