Thank you for an incredible two weeks, Turkey. And for the best baklava in the solar system πΉπ·π«‘
Mastodon, Nostr, and Bluesky have each (unfortunately) predominantly attracted a specific subculture. Filter-bubble fragmentation. Threads by Instagram probably has the best bet at wide appeal. Classic Zuck too. And I hate it. We need open protocols to win this round.
How many Nostr users complaining about Bluesky know that #[0]β is behind them both? Why do maxis see everything as a threat?
I stopped after s01e02. Could I just watch s3 without having to endure what came before?
Who are you following for tech news?
Name and shame ser!
At this point I think it's fair to say that Nostr has been validated as a protocol. Clients and UX are also good. It feels like what we need now is diversity.
Force-refresh didn't do it, but clearing browser cache did π Thank you!
Convinced some friends to come over. They found the maximalism overbearing and only one stuck around. We need more diverse content.
Any ideas #[1] ?
Any ideas why #[0] is showing my NIP05 as invalid? Seems to be working on other clients...

π In Math We Trust is five years old and a lot has changed since it was first published. I am about to start working on a second edition / follow-up to the book and would love to get input from the Nostr massive! What topics need to be included in a book about the future of money and trust? What did you believe five years ago that you have since changed your mind about?
I'm also interested in finding a good Lightning-supported store that might stock physical copies for sale?
Your input would be much appreciated π
