FWIW the update includes a picture of himself, which is strange because he has always had particularly strong opsec. Personally would like to see a PGP signed message from him stating this is authentic.

Errr I might not be the best person to ask since I’m still learning 😅 Seems like it’s a unique address for the nym you’re using. And then if you switch to your real profile, it also has an address. Think that’s how it works? 🤔 Each profile has a unique address allowing you to keep privacy amongst profiles. And ya, I think it’s permanent, unless you use incognito mode. That generates a new nym every time. Hope that helps 🙏
I know this is an old note but your #Simplex is how I found it. Been fooling around with Simplex and I really like it! You can have multiple ‘accounts’ and keep your anonymity. Love the incognito mode too. Beats the heck out of having to buy a burner number for Signal!
