I seem to be having a long recovery post flu/covid bug i had before Christmas..
I'm sleeping 8-10 hrs a night which is a hell of a lot more than my usual 5-6 π΄
And my days seem to be marked by general fatigue. But im slowly getting there. Despite the headache when i wake up im feeling better every day..
