Getting harder and harder to relate to friends and family. It's like talking to them through prison bars but the cell isn't locked and they could just walk out. But they don't walk out. They sit there suffering whilst I know for certain it will continue to get worse. Rather helpless feeling, it's all unnecessary. Can also see the resentment rising that I'm not in the cell with them.
