nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg please fix this madness. There is no way that the optimal behavior is to hide all the notes in a thread unless you manually click on exactly the right reply? 99.99% of users will not be expecting this behavior….

nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg Biggest barrier to entry for new NOSTR users is that their nostr feeds may be continually dominated with users like nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx who post repetitive content... seeing this same exact post, every time they open their app ,will send them away, I fear.

I don't follow nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx but this is what I see every time I open nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg ... is there something you can do to your default algo to push down the repetitive content?

Ok, so let's boil down this question to something that could use a straightforward answer. Here is the scenario:

1. I am a user, using a NOSTR client that is not PRIMAL

2. I want all the notes associated with all of the threads that your participate in to show up on PRIMAL.

nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg What is your suggestion to achieve this?

Are you 100% sure about this. Can you do me a favor and open a new browser window, where you are not logged into Primal, and go to this URL: https://primal.net/e/note1pcl7nvl77za6ksl3evquzlvmau4czenw73m07n55tdszv4n24gvqka2jdt .. for me no matter what browser I try it in, I don't see any replies by nostr:npub1kun5628raxpm7usdkj62z2337hr77f3ryrg9cf0vjpyf4jvk9r9smv3lhe ... you say you ahzve to "click a particular reply" ... can you confirm that when you use this link, and do this, that you see your own notes? I can't find them!!

#asknostr ... Currently there is no desktop (Windows/Linux) client for Nostr, which also has NWC support, right? Notedeck from nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s seems like the most promising thing but it looks like NWC support is probably not close to ready, right?

OK, so I see the "inbox is not configured".. and then I go to suggested "YOUR RELAYS" page and I am looking for someone to explain to me like I was 5... How do I actually pick a relay to configure as an inbox relay?

Test post from Coracle.

I think something is slowing down the web app if you use it for a long time. I found it was getting very slow, so I deleted everything in local storage and session storage and indexDB for the yakihonne.com domain... and now it's much faster. It was getting slow enough that typing was getting painful.. and this is on a high performance, 12x CPU machine, not under particular load...

The fact that typing is so much nicer and faster after I refreshed local storage.. that is a red flag!!!

I bet you are building up a database in local storage (which is good!) but when this database gets too big, some things get too slow -- especially things that are recomputed on every keystroke.....

Coracle. Just trying it out. I'm using Brave on a computer. Pasting in screenshots using the clipboard.

nostr:npub1jlrs53pkdfjnts29kveljul2sm0actt6n8dxrrzqcersttvcuv3qdjynqn This is what happens currently when I try to post an image using Coracle. I am pasting in screenshots. I can see they get converted to base64, but both Coracle and Yakihonne seem to render this as a string... BTW the upload interface in Coracle looks great, seems convincing that I am uploading some data!

nostr:npub1jlrs53pkdfjnts29kveljul2sm0actt6n8dxrrzqcersttvcuv3qdjynqn Just starting to try out Coracle. So far feels very solid and nice and I'm immediately able to find where I could add relays. One thing jumped out at me:

Compare the screenshots.... I actually didn't understand what I was looking at in Coracle. When I looked at it in Yakihonne I realized it was some urls.

nostr:npub1yzvxlwp7wawed5vgefwfmugvumtp8c8t0etk3g8sky4n0ndvyxesnxrf8q Two things..

- How do I manually add a relay in the web application? Can I?

- Pls try using the @tagging behavior on the web app.. the killer thing, that makes it fatiguing to use, is the pixel shift, right when you are about to try to select a person to tag. Do you see that? If you don't see that, let me know, I can capture a video and post it.

thanks!

PS I keep trying other front ends and keep having much bigger problems with them when compared to yakihonne! ;)
