MASSIVE confusion between "Nation" and "State" here.
- nations can't really disappear (unless by their own degeneration/integration into another nation). People can move, diasporas keep nation intact.
- states, on the other hand, _very different thing_. But they don't have raison d'être; states, large or small, disappearing or being eaten by another _isn't a big deal_.

I have been listening to EcoTalk for almost 10 years. Roberts does an amazing job!
This episode is a banger and a must listen for all of us! I had the absolute luxury of having Peter Boettke as a professor! This man knows more about economics and the history of economic thought than Wikipedia. He is a brilliant mind and always curious about the world and it's problems. This episode is a fantastic summary of libertarian ideas in economics and the beginnings of the Austrian School to this day! I encourage everyone to take the time to listen to it!
I think he is very appealing to young men who are looking for a purpose in life after being oppressed by the woke education system.
I am a teacher and I see a lot of young men around 16 in my school who see him as a hero because they were never offered an idol or a role model. All they've learned in school is that men oppress women, make war, destroy things, and can't control their strength or emotions. If you tell kids that they are the root problem of human society and you don't give them an alternative way out, the pendulum is going to swing back very hard. Andrew Tate hard.
