During my 3 hour flight, I listened to 5 minutes of Andrew Tate. My first time. I have never heard a more bombastic person in my life.
How can people listen and take his word for anything more than entertainment and comedy. How?

No idea - he just comes across as a bit of an idiot. Sat with Uma Thurman on my flight to Morocco, which was a nice surprise ๐
I don't think he's an idiot. He sounds like he's reasonable and can reason from what I've heard. He knows exactly what he's doing and why he says what he says.
I think perhaps weโve been exposed to the Tates for a long time in the UK (especially from the reality TV perspective). Tristan on Shipwrecked back in 2008 and then Big Brother for Andrew in 2016. Depends how you define idiot I guess. Not stupid. But massive egos and heavily media focused alongside some questionable views, but yes there is an element of knowing what theyโre doing.
I wasn't aware they've had that kind of exposure in the past. It makes sense.
boys who never became men appreciate another child who provides cover for their immature world-view.
I think he is very appealing to young men who are looking for a purpose in life after being oppressed by the woke education system.
I am a teacher and I see a lot of young men around 16 in my school who see him as a hero because they were never offered an idol or a role model. All they've learned in school is that men oppress women, make war, destroy things, and can't control their strength or emotions. If you tell kids that they are the root problem of human society and you don't give them an alternative way out, the pendulum is going to swing back very hard. Andrew Tate hard.
He is the worst. My wife decided to listen to him .. and I told I didn't want her listening to him around our kids.
At first she was like, why? Then she was like .. Oh. He's a vile person.
Because he speaks to a sick audience.
Those who have been relentlessly attacked along the past years and became vitter5and hateful.
His idiotic takes are to be despised, yet, he is to be prayed for.
May the Holy Spirit do its work in that dark heart of his.
Pendulum swings woke talking points demonized a lot of young men and it leads to a unheard source of men that think the complete counter is the awnser.
I can see this. He's a counter to the other side's extreme.
The more worrying though is young men have so few decent role models that Andew Tate is even relevant.
Parents let the internet do the parenting.
guru worshipping generation
A clear lack of real parenting, interpersonal guidance and moral baseline.
huh.
yeah probably ๐ค
that makes sense.
It is just sad.
Who did you listen to instead the rest of the time?
I read a book.
Moravagine by Blaise Cendrars
Sounds like a more sophisticated option!
It's interesting stuff from an interesting swiss born fella.
The right people hate him, and their distress is hilarious for about two minutes. Beyond that the whole phenomenon is a waste of time. Heโs a media gadfly with something to sell.
They always have something to sell, don't they.
i had a similar experience
a total grifter
He's an utter cunt, is all i have to say on the matter๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ.
Whilst i wouldn't go that far dont disagree with you, he is a grifter though.
Got rich expoiting weaker people and then switched to selling shallow consumerism wrapped up in BS self help guru spiel when he realised there was a new market to sell to.
There's a lot to pity him for.
