What the best way to get involved in developing on nostr?
Also when anyone without kids says theyre tired, just launch straight into a monologue about how they have never experienced exhaustion because they don't have kids.
I've had an idea for a simple web app that you can add all of your recipes to and use it to remind you of meals you haven't cooked for a while when you are struggling for dinner inspiration. You could share and use other people's recipes and maybe also use AI to generate a weekly meal plan for your family and a shopping list to go with it.
Is this something that could be built on #nostr? Maybe a recipe event type?
I'm a software engineer by trade but don't know the first thing about nostr development so any help would be great!

That's interesting, I recently moved away form Plex in favour of Jellyfin. I found Plex were filling the apps with a lot of things I weren't interested in like PlexTV.
I think it's time to run my own node. Is nostr:npub126ntw5mnermmj0znhjhgdk8lh2af72sm8qfzq48umdlnhaj9kuns3le9ll a good choice for someone who is reasonably tech savvy but still new to the technology side of the Bitcoin world?

I loved this episode, especially when you dived into how content moderation would work on a decentralised protocol. I think this is a really important part of the conversation when trying to convince normies that we don't need an institutions making these decisions for us while also acknowledging that there will be people trying to post obscene material and we need tools to deal with that
