Many twists, turns, dead ends and wide open freeways.

In the wild, saw many snakes sunning themselves today.

Itโ€™s amazing to me how fast snakes relax once you pick them up and they realize youโ€™re not going to eat them, I think they appreciate our body heat. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Doing the course was significant for me. I can give you my perspective but it really needs to be experienced.

It helped me learn how to meditate and understand meditation is natural for human beings to do. I learned about the common misconceptions of what we think meditation is.

Developed awareness of the reality within (energies/sensations) how to observe this, stay equanimous in the moment with it and allow it to release, this process helps develop a calm mind, less reactivity in yourself. Learned how this reactive process is happening constantly and how the habit pattern of the mind is to react which causes more suffering/ tension and how to start the process of stopping this habit for the good of yourself and those around you.

There was so many more insights, realizations and learnings as well.

I would highly recommend doing a course if you have interest in this.

As youโ€™re scrolling through Nostr and you come across notes you align with or notes you donโ€™t align with or ones you find triggering be aware of the feeling/sensation on your body that is present in that moment.

Where on the body is the sensation?

What does it feel like?

How does it make you feel generally?

This can also be done in conversations throughout the day with different people as well.

First step is to become aware of the sensations that arise on the body and are felt by the mind via input.
