Yes to be honest I'm nervous about it myself but with all the information on specific Characteristics and where they grow etc. It also identifies the lookalikes and how to tell the difference by specific details.
It was hearty and yeah I find that sourdough is easier on the stomach for those with minor gluten allergies. Not scientifically sure if thats true though it's just something I notice store bread bothers me but not homemade bread
