I have strong convictions that are loosely held about money, Artificial Intelligence, human potential and personal development.

Thank you for your persistence. Unfortunately your description of the UI does not match my experience. In the Primal wallet tab, when I tap the ’receive’ button I see a Lightning Address. This is an address that ends with “at Primal.” There are no features for activation in the wallet tab. In Profile settings there is a space for a “Bitcoin Lightning Address” but that is blank. Could it be that I need to copy/paste the atPrimal address into the Bitcoin Lightning Address space?

I am using primal. Sorry to say that it is not obvious to me how to set up the wallet. I can see the wallet, I can see the option to buy BTC from within the wallet but that is about it. Do I have to buy bitcoin to enable the wallet to receive zaps? I don’t see a user manual for the app anywhere otherwise I would RTFM 🤣

Hello Primal People… Hope this finds you well. I first heard about this app via the TFTC podcast. I have been lurking for a month trying to get a feel for its ethos. Not really that clear to me yet so will keep at it. Have an awesome day!

Not sure how… just only learning to drive this thing 😆

Right. The top ‘solid’ detail on the left looks like a mistake or misprint to my eyes.

No better way to start the year of recording than sitting down with my good friend nostr:nprofile1qqs8dzjwlrgdzltmgmmzg50l3jpr3hxv357hj03rjut5jsfm5ugtv9gn0vuws to discuss what lies ahead in 2025.

There’s too much debt, not enough dollars and at some point the hens are going to come home to roost in the form of a liquidity crisis.

Thanks for this. Enjoyed listening! Any idea where we can find more info about the proposed liquidity crisis?

What is a nostr client? Serious question.

Sometimes (nearly always in my profession) there is not enough money in jobs to allow someone to muddle their way through a with the hope they have the observational/communication skills to not only get up to speed but be productive against targets. I find it’s best to simply insist that they do it (the job) my way (company established practices) first, then after experiencing the task encourage them to come back and challenge me with sound logical reasoning as to why my way can be improved upon. They should have real world examples of how to save time by either doing it faster or by eliminating entire steps or saving or replacing material. If they can do that then I make the change immediately company wide. If they can’t then they should just stick to the system and do it my way. It’s been rigorously tested in real time and works. This approach takes A LOT of good communication and relational skills as well as trust in people that are not out to scam. Quite the opposite of your observation.
