Probably because this #[1] its a known limitation of zaps, either we allow fake zaps or block zapper keys that can’t be trusted, which do you prefer?
That is just a feature request for the client, some clients will have it, some won’t. Some browsers block ads by default, others have adblocker extensions, that is not censorship.
On Nostr content moderation is decentralized, different relays can allow different content, same for different clients. This is different from Twitter, where 1 entity decides for everyone what is allowed or not.
Content moderation, or censorship as you call it will always exist, if you don’t like it use a different relay, different client or build your own.
It seems something went wrong trying to load your following list on setup, how many does it say you are following on the left side menu? If 0 you can try to remove your account and add it again, it will try to find your existing list from the relays and load it again

I think its having trouble finding your profile, you could try adding some relays first and then remove/add your account again
