1. By Language:
Make Esperanto your universal language, don't give power to one nation's language, that gives power to that nation and their allies and divides you.
2. By Religion:
Move away from any religious extremist line and work to unify them all into one, work hard on it, this will take at least two generations and it starts with education and legal reform removing the right to all religious organizations, they should not exist, the faith does not need a company tax free with massive funds unless it's purpose is to manipulate and control, open your eyes.
3. By land:
That will take you longer and is the last step, but once you manage to solve the first two, you can start the slow process of human reunification removing borders and creating an earth nation.
How long it would take? unknown, you are so young, few centuries perhaps, but the seeds are there, nurture them!

Consider for a second that in a non violent society that ethos would make sense but this planet is violent, most species depend on violence in one way or the other to survive, which most consider sad, but it is the order of things...
