By this cartoon's logic, everything of government and state is socialism, which isn't true. Socialism is envy ensconced in a lack of property rights through force. This cartoon is a straw man argument, and the author should feel embarrassed but hasn't done enough research to know what they don't know.

Feelings, in some sense, follow actions.

Actions follow choices, and choices follow stimuli.

As Victor Frankl said, "Between stimulus and response is a choice."

You select the outcomes of your life, regardless of the actions of anyone else.

You are not:

What you own.

What you've done.

What other people think of you.

You select who you become, no matter your context or upbringing or inputs.

You decide.

And the trick is, your life becomes whatever you envision you want.

A healthy and functional boundary keeps the bad out and lets the good in.

Therefore, what people do with their money is no ones responsibility to understand but their own.
