A huge #jatoba (Hymenaea courbaril ) tree fell naturally about a year ago. Maybe because of previous stress during hurricane María. Harvested some slabs to make some cutting boards. We have plenty of these still standing. Together with nostr:npub167jrghp745020g6t664wg0rre0vpjswehgqel6tjssl9eeuwxxrswgww05 we are planning to harvest and prepare bark extract which has many medicinal properties.
