It just ends up as a fabtastic obsession of attempted perfection. I love it. I always do charcial only, finally bought thermometer and started playing with offset heat and stuff and shit, now I sometimes spend a couple of hours from fire starting to eating. But it's been worth it. Great learning curve and still seeing improvements
Probably loads. I always kick myself when I find something basic like that. Good friend used to design phones for a carrier in uk. Said it was depressing as he had to learn all function and define and desire features with his team only to watch people use “probably less than 5% of what it can do”. I did have a look through some online vids of tips a few years ago and actually found a few that hadn’t known about. Not exactly riveting viewing but maybe worth having a look

Hashrate growing. Good to see but really underscores the irony of mining as a business ........
A Miners Lament
As I rejoice when hash rate grows,
Crying bittersweet tears,
My pot growth slows.

Amen brother! (Go play that tune now!)
Hard to say. Potential signal. It was south afrucan friend that pointed it out and said compared to other banks in other countries and stood out. Who knows. Maybe something to keep an eye on here and there
Question obviously is if it’s internet connectivity on their side but it’s atrocious uptime for a bank of that size!
I mean if you want a barometer of potential liquidity crunch in SA banks, just check web services uptime charts
Yeah that's certainly a big issue. Been 6 years now so out of touch big time really
Yes, same. It's interesting signal though. Pretty bad downtime. One has to wonder with banks if it truly is technical
Unfortunately haven't been over for a while so am sure things have changed. There do seem to be a few more hoops than before from outside to me but that may be post orange pill perception.
Out of curiosity, anyone over there commenting or asking questions about banking website downtime increases on SA banks over past 18 months or so?
Its the idiocy too. I transferred to my south African account last week from an account I always use and still had to verify myself transferring to me! WTF?
Am I the only person that updated #amethyst and not getting updates on feed?
