If the biggest corporations want to compete with the changing environment - More courage & awareness among employees & customers, and, MORE importantly, support related to small business, gradually they will have to change their business models, meaning how the organization makes money. The only way forward is organic, healthy, lack of toxicity & vulgarity. Cos that would make the entire Environment Healthy.
A word a day: Cultivation! That is the future. Allowing for the honesty related to the work a company does - transparency with regards to your employees & customers. So the direction is taken by those who are the employees & provide the service & customers. The cultivation of that bond should be of the main concern for the owners/directors/ceos without paying attention to the stock market/shareholders. Cos at the end & at the beginning of the day, the balance, calmness & prosperity of the company is going to bring required profits & beside that, what is the most important - Everyone Healthy.
In my opinion, the more everyone concentrates on supporting organic, small business, even if their service is a little bit more expensive, it is definitely much better for the future of our environment. Cos with time this will profit in removing the biggest/toxic corporations from the market. This communal/local support of small shops, producers, creators, is so very much required & should be cultivated.
At the current moment employees & workers have more "rights" than normal customers. Cos they have the knowledge of what is happening within the corporations they work for. The security of the corporations assured by extremely tricky drafted contracts (I am so against that practice!). Also, that is the reason so many employees leave the biggest tech corporations & start their own small business. Why I truly like small business, cos it allow for amazing transparency. This is something that has been erased from the biggest corporations.
True. Cos the correlations between stock market, shareholders & ceos do not work. Cos the priorities are being focused on the profit that leads to the enslavement of the customers. Did you notice the shift? The abuse of the customers? Like the abuse of voters. The perspectives are shifting in a very wrong direction. Taking a completely different perspective is the future.
Do I feel much better living by the water, surrounded by the forest & having birds singing & waking me up, every single morning? YES. Do I like to have a garden where I can cultivate flowers, herbs & my own food? YES. Do I prefer being a vegetarian eating fish. YES. Do I prefer painting in the evening instead of going to the club? YES. I am very much the introvert.
I am very much into alchemy, I am very much into spirituality. I am a scientist & academic. Lawyer & psychologist & truly, what I was trying to prove is that there were never any Witches in the world. The terms has been coined AGAIN for the political reasons to control others.
I do not have any problems with males. Also, I do not have any problems with females or working with both. Cos I truly do not see any differences in a way everyone thinks or should be thinking. Cos gender identity has been so horrible bruised AGAIN by people who profit from that, the biggest tech business. So I do not care who you are in terms of your gender identity or sexual relations. Cos I respect your privacy.
