Não fala isso do titiu, jovem. Eu corri sem parar. Já fui nóia de pace uns anos atrás, mas, meu lance agora é tempo geral. Claro que o pace tende a aumentar. Outra coisa importante é que eu foquei na alimentação por 9 meses. Não estava me exercitando, o peso me fez alcançar o que já demorei meses em menos de 2 semanas. A última constatação da sua resposta sempre me fez dar graças a deus por ter escolhido a loucura na juventude 😂😂😂.
Eu estava há nove meses sem fazer nenhuma atividade física. Porém firme na diéta carnivora, jejum e água com sal. Nesse tempo perdi 13kg. Não corria há uns 2 anos. Comecei de novo faz pouco mais de uma semana. Minha meta era correr 30min de segunda à quinta, descansar na sexta e correr no sábado o maior tempo possível até conseguir completar 1hr. Este é o segundo sábado e a meta foi batida.
Moral da história: Você pode ter vivido como um gordo, bêbado, fumante, e crakeiro drogado. Mas, envelhecer magro, diminu as chances de dar algo errado.
Claro que não podemos fugir das consequências de nossos atos, mas podemos contorná-las de forma mais suave.
Ao menos que estejamos convictos de nossa estupidez.

Se ninguém precisa saber o que é o talmud pra entender bitcoin, qual a finalidade dessa volta toda que demos? Eu gosto disso, de viajar nos pensamentos, mas, tudo isso só porque meu ponto era se Jesus tinha se dividido do judaísmo? Aí entrou nessa de quem tá certo no racha? Aqui cada um usa um client, no bitcoin tem 3 tipos de endereço que podem ser usado, versões de nós nem se fala, cristianismo então, tá louco, tem pra todo gosto. Dividir é ruim ou bom? Sempre ruim ou sempre bom? Dependendo ruim, dependendo bom?
