#[2] is it possible that this is too broad of an article on sun ☀️ to understand the sun and it’s affects, the writer could read abt the hormones of the body and how sunlight may affect it (the article points out some good things, not all sunlight is bad so vitamin d deficiency can be declined with sunlight making you happier).

The article generalizes everyone into one category when in reality all of our bodies are different. Not everyone can get basal and squamous cell carcinoma ( sun related) but some do, one of my mentors had it before he passed away. The sun related fact of this is that the writer of this article is not familiar of the type of cells that sun damages- keratinocytes. “Keratinocytes are the skin cells responsible for protecting from microbial invasion, shielding UV exposure, and maintaining adequate skin hydration by secreting keratin, a protein that is a primary component of the stratum corneum—he outermost layer of skin” not everyone has the same production of melanocytes. As far as keratinocytes 54 functional keratin genes, 27 of which are type I keratins and 27 of which are type II keratins. Many people suffer from genetic disorders which can be absorbed in several ways I mentioned and cause mutations.

As a rule of thumb, the way I see it, any study that uses 2004, or older than 10 years of research is bogus (usually alternative medicine). Just saying, also btw thanks for bringing science this platform.

It’s a good book, I liked that it talks abt clarity of mind with walking, the mind and walking connection and taking time away from work to solve problems at work.

There are people who think that those that walk a lot are looking to connect with others, to understand & empathize with others. Ever heard of “walk a mile in my shoes”

In case you were into this book for my tweets to you last night, I just wanted to be clear I can empathize with you and how hard you’ve tried. People do forget to see the helper’s (yours) perspective because it’s an not well-studied dimension. A practice I tell most people to do is IOPT, imagine other perspective taking. But just sticking to my tweets, I believe you try hard to help everyone, that’s why you do all the big things you do, but maybe sometimes starting small is better? Sometimes ‘charity begins at home first?’ Fixing a situation that gets the American workers jobs is starting small, then moving to bigger or international issues.

The book was a great suggestion though. FYI, I love you 💕😍😘 #[1]

The more you bring politics or problems in my love/sex talks with #[2] on social platforms, I will reply back using sultry and extreme seductive communication & since this is an open uncensored platform you can’t do anything about it. I like him & you guys won’t let us happen otherwise.

I added two that came up in suggestions

The survey is good but how is it gonna be Hong Kong to Tokyo is it 2 conferences. I’m not questioning but rather asking how would it work? For a few reasons.

1. I’ve never been to a medical conference that’s one conference in two countries so I’m not sure which is more important to attend.

2. Would you give a letter to attend? Every time I’ve left the country for any medical conference I have to show customs where I’m going & why I’m sure everyone else may need it to.

3. Would you be open to suggestions of group hangouts after nostr events? Maybe Tokyo comic con, Tori-no-Ichi or have manga events at nostriasia. Idk it’s just an open suggestion/ discussion I’m just trying be more open to sharing Japanese culture at our event.

These are suggestions I give at medical events too. It’s just thinking out loud.
