The best solution to avoid any illness is to stop taking any drugs. Ether Ibuprofen (poison) or any other pharma stuff. The human body is the best selfhealing organism which was created. Look at flowers or seed. After a while they can selfrepair their DNA and reganearate it to basic by photosynthesis. Just try too look for more vitamins + sun. (That's why some evil creatures want to darken the sun?)
I know that they are steady been removed from our food in the supermarkt and old seed with a lot of vitamins are represt by those evil players. But this is the only way. Stop using synthetics which produce more damadge to you body.
