ok, so nip 42 relays allow you to authorize only certain npubs to write to the relay and to even view the notes stored on the relay...is that right?

i only use onion relays for connection and do so using garnet over orbot or local self hosted nostrudel. i dont do it for darknet reasons though...just value the privacy and dont find my experience diminished.
