If he was arrested over & over for violent crimes isn't it the fault of the authorities/courts etc that he was out in public and able to murder someone rather than the fact he is black? Thing is black people are not the only racial group who commit violent crimes.

The problem is the black population. If not for them the US would actually be fairly low crime. Getting US (and western) politics to the point where we accept imprisoning, for life, a significant % of the black population is what it'll take to fix this.
