Yes, a fedimint would be layer 3.
On boarding to a fedimint would be from lightning(layer 2) and fediment to fedimint would also be layer 2.
Gaming company's could easily adopt a fedimint for their "gaming cash".
Casinos could adopt it as well.
Even more exciting however, this could banking to the bankless internationally as you could have an offline fedimint operating.
This could also be a viable alternative to banks.
Taproot assets could easily support stable coins, cbdc, stocks ect...
These new innovations have a very real ability to make all shit coins obsolete. Well... More obsolete.
The new layer 3 systems are... Well....new, and are yet to be battle tested.
They have massive potential in their hands.
