I think OMAD is sustainable, one meal every 48 hours for gradual weight loss, autophagy, a fast over 36 hours once a month is pretty conducive to wellness…72 every week is almost never eating and starvation is damaging. 😊 Eat anything and as much as you want once every 24 hours most days! Eating is great!
I hope everyone had a meaningful and fulfilling Christmas surrounded by people who love you!
I think frequency, I do a 72 hour every month, is more beneficial than prolonged fasting. Kidney damage is a real threat with fasting that borders starvation.
I think there is benefit to 72 hours, not much beyond that.
More to uniquely identify them than a face already! 😆
I’ve had good experiences with Bitwarden.
Thank you, doing well. I’ve had a few too many pursuits in progress and ran short on time. Some projects are wrapping up so more enjoyable socializing! 🫂
Preventable, no. Mitigated to some degree? Yes. Hormones are a symphonic entourage that changes with age. Adding ten trumpets won’t fix the overall tune! I do appreciate you and enjoy the discourse.
More Hank Shaw…
Drive long enough and everything seems boring. I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s not the countryside that’s boring, it’s you. Or more accurately, you lose your ability to absorb sights and create meaning from those sights the longer you see them. Life blurs. And slows.
There’s physical evidence for this. My heart rate can drop dramatically in a long drive, dipping below 55 beats a minute. My thinking slows, too, although this is not necessarily a bad thing. I find my mind will hold a thought, turning it this way and that, really ruminating. Sometimes this helps me solve problems. Sometimes it doesn’t.
It is a good affirmation of the robustness the technology behind XMR has though. 💪
I think it’s likely that Google has a hardware back door in the Pixel in spite of Graphene’s efforts, just a suspicion though. Broadcom too. The only privacy we likely have is the desire for the governments of the world to maintain the illusion on privacy in the populace.
I remember when it was easy to hack IOS. Those days are long gone, the battle continues. 👍
💯. I support Graphene, and hope development moves across a wide variety of hardware platforms. Wishes are nice, but votes with currency get the job done.
“There is actually a law called the anti-deficiency act that stipulates that the Executive Branch must spend the amount of money allocated by Congress to a particular agency,” Sarah observes. “So you can’t just not spend the money, at least according to the statute.” I don’t think this would constrain Trump and his allies. Elon in particular is going to want to head down this road. His WSJ op-ed with Vivek lays out a clear plan to shrink the workforce by reducing the number of regulations they are responsible for. In a battle between Elon and the bureaucracy, I’d bet on Elon. I’d be very concerned if I was a rank-and-file federal employee.
To some degree sarcopenia is part of the aging process. Seventy is not twenty, I’m reminded of that every day, but still I’m no slouch physically. Activity is certainly an important component of vitality into old age.
Yeah, I’m much older. lol. True, but insulin presence in the blood blocks the metabolism of lipids entirely, making it literally impossible for adipose tissue utilization no matter how much you exercise. This is why starvation in a person with metabolic syndrome causes the body to utilize muscle and leave fat reserves behind, also why there are middle age people exercising consistently and experiencing “stubborn” fat. It’s important to first clear both metabolic pathways, then exercise for wellness and vitality. By age fifty most Americans are experiencing a rising A1C and the associated weight gain, few know how to fix it, and the medical establishment is no help at all. I quit medical school decades ago because of the AMA. It’s criminal what they’re doing to the population.
I appreciate the offer, it’s likely my preference for TOR or VPN network access is causing the trouble from what I can gather. The problem I have with not using obfuscation protocols is that currency cannot have legacy transaction data associated with it on an immutable ledger. Imagine if the government audited your cash and took any bills that were ever used for illicit or illegal exchange of value. This possibility is a real threat for BTC if this isn’t solved. Is DHT a possibility? Not a developer here, just a guy who tinkers with new technology.
Cloudflare is damn good at protecting everyone from free speech.
