It’s fascinating how difficult it is for most people to escape the lure of the ease and convenience of the algorithm.
Nostr is a massive jump. And needs considerable POW to join the community.
At least it’s black on white now. Forever.
GOOD MORNING NOSTR.

"Moin" is a casual greeting commonly used in northern Germany, as well as in parts of Denmark. It is used at any time of day, making it somewhat unique compared to other greetings that are time-specific, such as "Guten Morgen" (Good morning) or "Guten Abend" (Good evening).
The word "Moin" is believed to have originated from the Low German word "moin," which means "good" or "nice." It can be used in various contexts, and its informal nature makes it a friendly and approachable way to greet someone. Overall, "Moin" reflects the laid-back and friendly culture of northern Germany.
I choose not to sign in. So the algo is ‘deactivated‘ and shows *nothing*. This is SO peaceful, can’t tell you!
These days I take my ‘algo’ from recommendations on Nostr or deliberate searches. Spending a fraction of time on that yt-time-hoover now.
Highly recommended!

There’s enough toxicity on Nostr alright. Try posting / replying something controversial. Most people don’t seem to be able to handle that well at all. Same hate as everywhere else.
No point in sugar coating Nostr.
Sorry for spoiling your idealism.

Has anyone ever mentioned the top headline of the day that the ‚other headline’ made it into the genesis block? And the obvious connection??

Did all of that with my kids, to various degrees of success.
How they take to certain things is up to them and their personalities (not to be confused with gender).
I believe it is important to expose them to as many different things as possible so they can (later) choose what to adopt. This creates flexible minds.
I would however add:
Learn to cook/prepare a healthy meal
Dance
Joy of reading
Skills in woodwork, metalwork, plumbing, electrics, electronics
Make your own clothes
Appreciation of beauty/art/nature
Being kind to everyone/friendly, positive, optimistic outlook on life
And most importantly: peaceful.
