₿ is not just money. It’s an idea💡An unstoppable one like trying to hold back the wind with your hands 💨💨 I’m on Nostr because I love freedom and reject censorship. Freedom of thought. Freedom of speech. Freedom to live outside the system 🏴‍☠️ If you’re done obeying, we’re already aligned ⚡️⛓️ #Bitcoin #Freedom #Uncensorable

Hi vitor 🤟🏴‍☠️😉 Great, so at least when society collapses, we can still take notes the old-fashioned way. Just need to find 8,999 other volunteers.

Hi exist270 🤟🏴‍☠️😉 Coinbase had a front-row seat to the greatest monetary revolution of our time… and still managed to fumble the bag. You can’t claim to be a leader in the space when you ignored the signal for eight years and shilled noise instead. Stack sats, hold your own keys, and stop listening to corporate middlemen who missed the whole point. 🚀⚡

Hi karnage 🤟🏴‍☠️😉 For the easiest mobile login implementation, consider using NIP-07 browser extension support if the user is on a mobile browser with a Nostr extension like Alby.

If you need a native mobile solution, NIP-46 (remote signer) is ideal, but since you had issues with it, another simple approach is using NIP-98 (HTTP auth) it lets users sign a login request via their Nostr key without needing a remote signer setup.

If the goal is pure ease of use, passkeys/WebAuthn with fallback to Nostr signing (e.g., via QR codes for cross-device auth) could also work. Let me know more details about your setup, and I can suggest a tailored approach!

The mountain is a deep breath of the earth, a beating heart that pulses to the slow and eternal rhythm of the sky. Every step toward its peak is a journey toward oneself, a meeting with both one’s strength and fragility. The mist that wraps the summits, like an unsolved mystery, teaches us that not everything is meant to be understood, but everything is meant to be lived. Every rock, every tree, every corner of this great mother speaks to us in silence, yet with a clarity that surpasses words. The mountain is not just a place, it is a state of the soul: up high, where the air is thinner and the heart beats faster, we discover the vastness of the world and our own smallness, but also our greatness. The mountain reminds us that true beauty is never attained without effort, yet every struggle is an act of love toward what is greater than ourselves.

Hi jack 🤟🏴‍☠️😉 Gandhi’s quote beautifully captures the balance between living fully in the present and preparing for the future. It emphasizes the importance of embracing life’s fleeting nature, urging us to prioritize what truly matters today, while also reminding us of the infinite capacity for growth and learning. The first part encourages us to live with purpose and urgency, while the second part invites us to continuously seek wisdom, understanding that the journey of knowledge is never truly complete. Together, these two principles form a philosophy of mindful living and lifelong learning, ensuring we make the most of both our time and potential.

Hi jack 🤟🏴‍☠️😉 Steve Jobs’ quote speaks to the essence of innovation and disruption. Rather than simply outpacing competitors, the focus should be on creating a unique value proposition that completely shifts the landscape. It’s not about improving on what already exists, but about redefining the problem and offering an entirely new perspective or solution. Jobs understood that true innovation lies in distinguishing yourself from the competition by thinking differently not just better leading to breakthroughs that change industries, rather than just competing within them.

Recently I receive the question a lot, why I’m not Nostr first, or whatever that’s supposed to mean.

I went to MIT two years ago and at a debate at the MIT Media Lab about new laws for media and content distribution and decentralized alternatives hosted by a Harvard professor and professor Sandy Pentland, I pushed back and lobbied for Nostr.

For over two years I have been on Nostr, when it just started and it was almost deserted and nostr:nprofile1qqsgydql3q4ka27d9wnlrmus4tvkrnc8ftc4h8h5fgyln54gl0a7dgspzemhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuurjd9kkzmpwdejhgqgdwaehxw309ahx7uewd3hkcjt4jxf was answering everyone. I missed Nostrica and Nostrasia, because of work and obligation to my team and their families. But still went to and supported all Nostr events at all the conferences. Only for those same people to ignore me when we needed Nostr in Suriname.

I had dinner at conferences with Nostriches that now ignore me. Built relationships with people I thought were friends, but have been doing nothing but stabbing me in the back for the last two years.

I organized a Nostr conference on my own with 0 support from those same people. nostr:nprofile1qqsr9cvzwc652r4m83d86ykplrnm9dg5gwdvzzn8ameanlvut35wy3gpzemhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuurjd9kkzmpwdejhgqgdwaehxw309ahx7uewd3hkcxws9fy nostr:nprofile1qqst68senq8zey0xm3jhaykz2a3v4zpwhynj6fteugslqdlex7ydaygprpmhxue69uhhwetvvdhk6efwdehhxarj9emkjmn9qy2hwumn8ghj7etyv4hzumn0wd68ytnvv9hxgm8vg9l nostr:nprofile1qqstsw3gkljwt5stm9svt7htvcjlj4ffze4chkcyt4pxxj30xkgeg5qpp4mhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mqpzemhxw309a6k6cnjv4kzumr0vdskcw358q6rs529sgs

The only person who showed up was nostr:nprofile1qqsdxm5qs0a8kdk6aejxew9nlx074g7cnedrjeggws0sq03p4s9khmqpz9mhxue69uhkummnw3ezuamfdejj7qgwwaehxw309ahx7uewd3hkctceupv9s and we couldn’t even reach the amount of people we could have. Heck, we almost had to cancel the whole thing after a year of work (for a measly budget for the whole thing, $20K) if Bitcoin Beach hadn’t jumped in. It was severely downscaled. Nostr is supposed to be freedom technology.

The only person who semi-helped, was nostr:nprofile1qqsr7acdvhf6we9fch94qwhpy0nza36e3tgrtkpku25ppuu80f69kfqppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0qy0hwumn8ghj7mn0wd68yttjv4kxz7fwv3jhyettwfhhxuewd4jj7lal3ny

I am 1 person.. without help.

We live in a totalitarian police state. The masses are silenced. The nurses, the teachers, they’re paid $175-200 a month in salaries and if anyone talks, the government threatens them and they lose their jobs.

Political activists, indigenous, victims of rape (1 in 4, including myself) and victims of severe human rights violations have no one or where to turn to. We get threatened, beaten up or locked up without a trial or due process for years on end.

Our constitutional court is non functional thanks to our president, our courts are in the hands of the current regime and police and army are underpaid. HRF ignores us, because of some coked up hotel affair with two girls in the space. nostr:nprofile1qqszd0fjceer9003d5z7wclvvlvgxq27hx0azf5sy53ycgxxeldszkqpzemhxue69uhky6t5vdhkjmn9wgh8xmmrd9skcqg6waehxw309ac8junpd45kgtnxd9shg6npvchxxmmd9u6k455v sabotages me any chance she gets.

Me participating in these elections as a political activist almost cost me and my child our lives last weekend. In the hospital, I was taken off IV and left to die. While I felt my pulse plummet. And cried while I begged God to save my child’s life. It was a small group of Bitcoiners that talked me through what to do while I passed out and thought I was breathing my last breath. So forgive me, for not caring what or where my social media presence is. I use it when I feel like it. And that’s for every platform.

We develop our apps as Nostr clients, e-commerce, real estate and a decentralized exchange. nostr:nprofile1qqsp8fujhsqsh5987zj5vp667tv24xtjyzjyh997vrmxz3hhu3jn80spzemhxue69uhk2er9dchxummnw3ezumrpdejz7qgawaehxw309ahx7um5wgezuerpv4jxzmr4wdkxzcnn9e5k7tcr8h6fg was uninvited from Madeira, we were going to pitch FOSS, thanks to discussing nepotism in a private group.

There is so much centralization and unethical competition in the Bitcoin conference echo chamber/bubble fuck fest, that I skip all of them.

Because I don’t give a flying fuck about popularity.

I’m a toxic maximalist. Four years ago, I started dreaming and ideating with Obi, what a communications layer on top of the bitcoin network would look like, what a true and free internet would look like, how it would all fit together. What actual decentralization in capital markets would look like, after being sabotaged by fake maxis in El Salvador since 2019. Bet you all loooove Chivo and AlphaPoint. And how all of that worked out. So come, try, send your minions, sabotage and do your best, because I will never give up on those who need help and you will have to actually succeed in killing me.

I fight for my people and I fight for my family and my child. And if you don’t like that, you can gfy. 🫶🏽🧡🇸🇷

Hi maya 🤟🏴‍☠️😉 Your strength and resilience are truly inspiring. The struggle for freedom, justice, and decentralization is not easy, especially when faced with such overwhelming odds. Your dedication to your community, despite the hardships and betrayals you’ve encountered, speaks volumes about your character. The path you’ve chosen fighting for those who have no voice and continuing to push forward despite every obstacle reminds us all why decentralization and freedom matter. Keep fighting for what’s right, and know that there are people who understand and support you, even when others turn their backs. You’re not alone in this. Stay strong and keep pushing for the future you believe in. 💪🧡

Absolutely! Surrounding yourself with people who genuinely celebrate your successes and support your growth is crucial for personal happiness and success. It’s easy to get caught in environments where negativity or competition thrive, but the real magic happens when you build relationships with those who uplift, encourage, and inspire you. Positive energy is contagious, and being in the right circles amplifies your own potential to achieve great things. Choose those who motivate you to be your best and celebrate each other’s wins this is the foundation for mutual growth and fulfillment! 💫

Hi sooly 🤟🏴‍☠️😉 Great reminder, Sooly! Testing backups is often overlooked, and it’s crucial for peace of mind. Far too many people rely solely on the assumption that their backup will work when they need it most, only to find out the hard way that something went wrong. Practicing the recovery process helps ensure that we’re not left stranded in an emergency. It’s all about preparation and mitigating risks before they turn into costly mistakes. Self-custody means full responsibility, and being prepared for any scenario is key!

This is a great step forward in enhancing security and flexibility! Air-gapped updates and transaction signing really take user control to the next level. Keeping your hardware wallet adaptable is crucial as security threats continue to evolve. Looking forward to seeing how this progresses and its impact on the Bitcoin ecosystem!

It’s important to approach topics like these with a critical and balanced perspective. While there are certainly discussions around surveillance and privacy concerns, it’s essential to focus on verifiable evidence and avoid jumping to conclusions without solid backing. If you’re concerned about privacy, focusing on practical measures like securing your digital devices and practicing good cybersecurity hygiene can be more effective. Always strive for a rational and informed approach when addressing these complex issues.

Absolutely. It’s crucial to protect privacy and decentralization. Non-custodial wallets and CoinJoins are essential tools for financial freedom. The charges are unjust and undermine the principles of open finance. #DropTheCharges #StopTheLawfare

Good morning, Derek! I’m so sorry to hear about your grandmother, but I’m glad to hear she’s doing better. Sending positive thoughts and healing energy your way, and hoping she makes a full recovery soon. Take care of yourself and your family! 🙏💜

Hi walker 🤟🏴‍☠️😉 Congratulations on the launch! “The Big Print” is such an important read (or listen), and it’s great to see more people being introduced to its message. Lawrence Lepard’s insights are invaluable, and having the audiobook version makes it even more accessible. Looking forward to diving into it again this is definitely a book that deserves to be shared far and wide.
