Blatant cartel price fixing
“> Specifically, every morning, RealPage provides participating Lessors with recommended price levels. ... If Lessors wish to diverge from the “approved pricing” they must submit reasoning for doing so and await approval. ... But RealPage emphasizes the need for discipline among participating Lessors and urges them that for its coordinated algorithmic pricing to be the most successful in increasing rents, participating Lessors must adopt RealPage’s pricing at least 80% of the time.”

Is this meant to be something like nostr-proxy, or something else?
I'm basically using this as a live feed of the latest nostr client/tool/relay/etc development
What tools/APIs do we know of that list the relays a user’s posts have been seen on?
#[0] is nostrgram open source? I can only find this repo, and it seems to only be for tracking issues, no code there
Where can I find the repo? Happy to help!
#[0] is the relay recommender still working? it seems to say “Recommended Relays for @wakoinc” no matter what npub i input
#[0] where can I read about how the automatic relay management works in Nostrid? Sounds super interesting!
It's not charging for the API that I have a problem with, like you said these things cost money to run/develop. It's allowing outside companies to buy equity in OpenAI by creating a for-profit company under the non-profit parent company. That move basically made the "independent non-profit" label of the parent company meaningless and frankly, bullshit.
OpenAI went from “non profit initiative to give everyone access to AI” to “for profit subsidiary of a non profit that sold out to corporate interests” so quickly
What do you mean by lenient in this case?
…are you under the impression that Jewish people don’t partake in yummy but unhealthy/fast food too? Take one look inside any deli in NYC and you’ll think otherwise lol
Sometimes DNS based ad/tracker blockers block imgur from working, are you using any of those?
