South African immigrant Elon Musk on his love for America 🇺🇸:

“America is the land of opportunity – there is no other country where I could have done this.

Well, I mean, I think the United States is the greatest country that's ever existed on earth. And I think that it will be difficult to argue on objective grounds that it is not.

I think the facts really point in that direction. It's the greatest force for good of any country that's ever been.”

I'm envisioning a nostr bot that crawls the torrent DHT and that you can DM with a search query, and it sends magnet links to the torrent

The two that stand out to me are the ability to mute notifications from a post, and that notifications are split up between replies, reactions, and zaps

#[0] i’m consistently seeing a weird mix of recent posts and super old posts from months ago on my “following” feed on coracle. thoughts on what’s going on there?

#[0] would be convenient to have a setting that allows you to automatically advertise your relays to every single relay in the known relay list. This would remove the friction of having to periodically go in and enable the feature for every new set of relays discovered.

I particularly like "Strategic Objective 3.3: shift liability for insecure software products and services"

"Companies that make software must have the freedom to innovate, but

they must also be held liable when they fail to live up to the duty of care they owe consumers, businesses, or critical infrastructure providers.

Responsibility must be placed on the stakeholders most capable of taking action to prevent bad outcomes, not on the end-users that often bear the consequences of insecure software"
