Not only have I seen none of this (even on global), but this is a laughably transparent "somebody think of the children" foot-in-the-door trojan horse, the likes of which were used to incrementally increase the suppression of legitimate speech on FB/Twitter1.0
Sorry (not sorry), but ZERO tolerance for attempting to legitimize blanket censorship by prefacing it with a positive "wow, things are good here, BUT....".
I suggest you go find an echo chamber more to your liking, the net is dominated by them.
I get the need for onboarding and adoption, but integrating with Google in any way, shape or form automatically triggers internal screaming in me.
There must be a better way.

I'm using a textbook and iTalki to learn Spanish right now, iTalki is getting a bit expensive though, and I find apps like DuoLingo to be... not great.
As exciting as Nostr is this sounds like it has the same fatal flaw as every other platform...
When it gets popular, people will aggregate around a handful of (or network of) relays where most content will be published, then governments, NGOs and tankies will co-opt and monopolize these to impose their orthodoxy and control information. As it was with reddit, twitter, and more recently lemmy.
Maybe I don't quite fully understand relays yet, but I don't see how this won't happen eventually.

I'm trying to figure out how to disconnect a battery when a certain low-voltage threshold (~2.9V) is hit. I designed this circuit but it requires a trimpot to dial in threshold which is manual and gross. Looking for a better way..
