Open-source all the things!

It’s the api used by BlueWallet, if you use LNbits or BTCPayServer there are plugins which add support for it.

Updated nostr:npub1xnf02f60r9v0e5kty33a404dm79zr7z2eepyrk5gsq3m7pwvsz2sazlpr5 to 0.8.0 and deleted my node configuration.

Tried to restore it with the instructions I wrote down a while ago on my blog, but the app is unable to make a connection to my node unfortunately (for now).

Yes, beying self-sovereign means you have to feel friction on some moments!

I used a LNDHub connection which worked right away (scan qr & go)

Received the mini PCB I designed to make a budget #OrangeClock by @marcelinho today, but looks like I made a measurement error 😅 still works though! nostr:note19pyl06e3vmwphwd0sdnhc0vqsactaxy0qvpe8ngyht8fprsqwj5qj3wnfa

I spent 0,05 BTC on Doner Kebab in 2013, and it wasn’t even a good one

Great work nostr:npub1k5f85zx0xdskyayqpfpc0zq6n7vwqjuuxugkayk72fgynp34cs3qfcvqg2 🧡 I love that concept!

I haven't found any components that are that cheap yet.

Unfortunately, the ESP32 is not so easy to plug and play with the display for people who do not want to deal with soldering and wires

Let's see how this will work out for the people who do not want to deal with wires :)

It’s the same ePaper display I’m using in the #BTClock, but then the 2.9 inch version:

The ESP32 is the Wemos S2 mini.

ESP32-S2 works as well! Cost is 9+3 euro (and well, maybe 1 euro for the filament for the 3D printed case?) #OrangeClock nostr:npub16cpe069rjz6pm5t42xcyhcn66f5rr04k64df3g03fk2wctlrlhsqycedcd the case is screwless too. Next version I want to put the S2 mini inside the case as well. nostr:note1s04nwpjwrpdg7muaa57sg4wyc69t7fuj7983g6mxtaa7w832rv7qvhgzma

Not sure how smart this is with a not-for-profit project… but since it’s my birthday you get a 10% discount on www.btclock.store for 24 hours with code BDAY23 😬

Good job on the #OrangeClock nostr:npub16cpe069rjz6pm5t42xcyhcn66f5rr04k64df3g03fk2wctlrlhsqycedcd ! Changed the code a bit but made it work on a ESP32-S3. Mainly needed to change the 4 pins and specify the SPI pins.

Maybe if the is a groupchat feature, but it would be difficult to keep track of all the rings I guess. Would love to hear your thoughts how you see it working nostr:npub1f839vmutrmcd4zht3xr94p3w45cd6hslc8j5pm0tlxq2qnlfapfsmsv2qv

Woops, seems like the shipping costs were calculated twice, fixed now! Shipping in Europe is ~15 euro.

Also added shipping options for US and Canada as well! ~27 euro #BTClock nostr:note1zkk7l6yzrthuz52zxc64j78wllru720kmex2zngx4mt7ekajegks86fnvd

Looking for a fun DIY hardware project for the winter holidays? I’ve been working on #BTClock for the past months, check out www.BTClock.store

Oh nvm, somehow I missed your last sentence. Uptime Kuma is mainly interesting for very simple server checks
