Traded for half a pig. The whole thing will be cured and smoked into sausages, bacon and hams. Any pro tips for slicing and spicing?

Thanks. We are doing the best we can with what we have.
I concur so many permaculture/regen ag/homestead projects I have seen depend on some form of free labour for their production.
Listened to nostr:npub1jcympy69pht7ptan39se4nd09e4q66qhey649uu3rczm2zh88c7s0n2890 and learnt about new legislation and bought my first non kyc bitcoin. Thank you!

First time listener, really enjoyed learning how little I actually know about the bitcoin I have and all the legislation in the works. Thanks for helping bring light to my own ignorance!
Haven’t got round to this episode yet but am going to listen whilst flipping a monster compost pile or two today.
This quote from Wendell Berry has been running round my head this whole autumn/winter. Building food and financial freedom through a mini homestead (1/2 acre) and slow stacking bitcoin has been my response.
In a world full of algorithmic selection of information and shills everywhere who do you all listen to about bitcoin? Also what’s the next step after just get it and hold it? Hold more? Mine? Run a node? Lots of noob questions but it’s a jungle out there. #asknostr #noobquestions #bitcoin #stillrightofthedecimal
Turning a bowl in the last (squint inducing) light of a short winter day “aided” by my daughter, listening to nostr:npub15879mltlln6k8jy32k6xvagmtqx3zhsndchcey8gjyectwldk88sq5kv0n and nostr:npub1h8nk2346qezka5cpm8jjh3yl5j88pf4ly2ptu7s6uu55wcfqy0wq36rpev and plotting how to get to the correct side of the decimal point as a late comer.

What breed? By the fat cap I’m thinking hair sheep or you just have crazy good pasture.
Ours are similarly stuffed with geese, rabbit, chicken and lamb but even with a whole cow the way my growing kids eat I’ll be butchering again soon.
Big first question for you all:
This week we finished butchering this cow we bought locally and also brought the same amount cash amount in bitcoin. Magic wand, right now, which would you rather have a whole cow in the freezer or 0.016 more bitcoin?

So helpful thanks for the summarisation!
I’m just getting into bitcoin this year as an investment, thanks to your podcast and those people you have interviewed on the subject. Thank you.
