I can see that angle as well. He's little too much set on Newsom as well.

But do they really not have anyone better, or is that they just didn't want anyone better?

Michelle Obama or even AOC could win it for them; even Liz Warren would have a better standing than clearly senile Biden, IMO.

Moreover, they had all the time in the world to fish in the Holywood/Media world, they could find some Tom Hanks, DiCaprio or DeNiro eager to step up to "save our democracy"; or some Silicon Valley mogul or Mark Cuban, Oprah, ...

Anything's possible. But I find it hard to believe that people in charge are surprised by Biden's debate performance, and that they wouldn't already have a contingency plan ready to roll.

He's feeling that independance, and obviously liking it.

Upskilling w/ some cabinet making.

Same. I like the easily accessible trending highlights just to spot check what's happening.

But I also found their desktop pretty buggy, and probably neglected, and keep experimenting with other clients. But then always return to primal because of the Trending, and the easy ui.

It's been so weird working on nostr:npub1s3ht77dq4zqnya8vjun5jp3p44pr794ru36d0ltxu65chljw8xjqd975wz because we're now 10 people and it took forever to collect the group and get the infrastructure setup and write the scripts and figure out where to put the docs, and figure out naming schemes, and decide which products to build, and draw icons, and rent relays, and learn how to make repo events, and select frameworks and tools, decide on languages and network with people making similar products, and and...

But, now that's all there and we can just... work.

It's getting interesting.

Feels like we've hiked to the top of some sort of mountain and we can just glide down from here.

Sound like an ad for the Hill Charts.

IMO, the most effective to quickly communicate where you stand with the project.

Balaji connecting the dots. On point again with the Soviet parallels.

Great deep dive into the legal side of the Samourai's case.

Assange should rebrand and patent the "extremely dangerous to our democracy" trobe.

Judo-style use all their PR force against themselves and shine light to the hypocrisy of the Western elites.

How does nostr:npub15xd2mmjnh3caykh77djsv73e0zkrp42jp5mwerx8f4m6su40wdvss7t3l3 source the initial scores for these quality/cost of life metrics for different spots?

I'm already checking and comparing some destinations

- it would help having some direct comparison mode (location vs location in columns next to each other)

- current version is cool and sufficient too, but it would help if all the line items are sorted the same way across the cities
