I don’t know if anyone else has tried this #japanese “draft beer in a can”but it is noticeably different than normal beer in a can. The foam is also significantly different, changing the entire beer-drinking experience

Does it make sense for #mstr to let a custodian lend the #bitcoin it holds for MSTR ahead of MSTR’s market purchases to keep the price down, then pull back the lend after the purchases are complete? Is this happening already?
It’s not. Pretty basic actually.
All private keys are just large numbers, and this is a solid metal manifestation of that number (in binary form). One beautiful aspect is it’s a #bitcoin key you generate offline by simply assembling it in a random manner.

Agreed—I am thinking of single sig with backups. A multi-signature setup with geographical distribution is an extra layer of security, as would be single signature with geographical distribution and a pass phrase.

Don’t make it complicated…the problem here is if the metal plate is the only record of your private key then no matter how many signatures you have you’ve lost access to your #bitcoin
Always have physical, difficult to destroy backups in different locations. Pass phrase or have your own method for accessing the information.
