I guess without being pushy this would taken longer but at least via X DM you can reach support and if you keep spamming they will move.
Current status is that my withdrawals are pending approval from their end before I get back my remaining BTC.
I have no idea 🤷♂️ why they closed my account, all I know is that I donate BTC to some projects and sometimes friends ask me for BTC which I send with joy supporting orange pilling the world. Guess I should have used my HW wallet for that…
My guess is that one of my transactions got flagged for reasons unknown and now they don’t want to deal with me anymore. Very sad 😔
