Stay careful out there with Exchanges, not your keys not your coins.
That’s absolutely ridiculous. Although there’s no way to determine why they do the things they do, what’s your best guess? For example: Do you use CoinJoins, or deposit small amounts (that set off a red flag with kraken on my account one time)? Are you using some unusual offshore bank to fund the account?
Not that any of that stuff should make a difference. These guys are complete jerks for doing this to you. I’m just curious to know what YOU think happened, if you had to guess.
I guess without being pushy this would taken longer but at least via X DM you can reach support and if you keep spamming they will move.
Current status is that my withdrawals are pending approval from their end before I get back my remaining BTC.
I have no idea 🤷♂️ why they closed my account, all I know is that I donate BTC to some projects and sometimes friends ask me for BTC which I send with joy supporting orange pilling the world. Guess I should have used my HW wallet for that…
My guess is that one of my transactions got flagged for reasons unknown and now they don’t want to deal with me anymore. Very sad 😔
