I feel like there is a larger issue, if you look at it that way, of government setting the minimum wage and for example the anti-union movement in the US. While inflation and living costs go up, wages have not increased at the same rate. But of course all influenced from the top down. Same with Anti-trust regulation, which is supposed to protect consumers and the free market, but big tech seems to skirt whenever it pleases them. Lobbyists win, common good loses out.

To give you an example, just look at the amount of FOSS projects (amount of funding they get) and the amount of companies, the companies taking money from fiat companies or VC’s. How many of these companies give all of their employees shares? Is it adoption first or profit first?
